‘Space to Be’

Sunlight burning through autumnal oak woodland in Great Wood that surrounds Gregynog Hall in Mid Wales.

‘Space to Be’ is a one day retreat set in the beautiful Gregynog Hall and picturesque grounds in Tregynon, Powys.
This small group, one day retreat will provide you with the opportunity to reflect and refresh in your own way and at your own pace.

You can even join Gregynog’s for the Solstice Soundbath in the woods on Saturday June 22nd and stay the night – to book accommodation all 01686 650224 or email enquiries@gregynog.org.

Over the course of the day there will be various optional activities intended to invoke self reflection, calm and community, including walks, meditation, movement, collage and creativity, coaching conversations and more.
Rachel Wycherley has been providing tailored massage sessions in clients’ homes and places of work for the last 28 years. During the retreat she will be offering a massage treatment through the clothes for the shoulder, neck and back areas in a specially designed chair. There will be an opportunity for everyone to have a massage if they want to.
The intention is to offer opportunities to step back from daily life and to breathe more deeply enjoy some quiet time and experience a calmer less ‘busy’ way to be.
The retreat is facilitated by Gayle Hudson,  an Oswestry based development coach with a long standing passion for well-being and personal development. After attending many Space to Be retreats in Eryri (Snowdonia), Gayle is now one of a small group of authorised facilitators for Space to Be events and retreats. Between them they hope to provide opportunities for more people to access these retreat spaces across the country.
A healthy and nourishing vegetarian lunch will be provided and you’ll get to taste Gregynog’s famous tea and cake in the afternoon.

Cancellation policy
We want to be fair and reasonable with our cancellation policy, whilst also considering the logistics and costs involved in short notice cancellations that cannot be replaced by other participants.

If you need to cancel or amend a booking please do so by email to Gayle@gaylehudsoncandc.com
A refund will be provided (minus a £5 cancellation fee) if you cancel via email at least 30 days before the event. I’m afraid if you cancel with less than 30 days’ notice we cannot provide a refund. If you are no longer able to attend, maybe a friend or family member could take your place.
