Young Musicians Concert

Experience a truly special concert featuring outstanding talent and unforgettable performances here at Gregynog Hall that is brought to you through the Young Musicians Concert!

The overall winner of the 2025 competition, Mayuch Ono, will take to the stage with her remarkable Beare’s cello, delivering a performance of extraordinary depth and artistry. She will be joined by Alma Debretzini, whose mastery of recorders of all sizes brings a fresh and surprising dimension. Played in ways you’ve likely never heard before.

In a highlight of the evening, these two exceptional musicians will come together for a unique and memorable duet performance. This is an experience not to be missed.

We are also proud to showcase a talented local artist from Welshpool on the French horn. Among his selections will be a beloved movement from a Mozart Horn Concerto, instantly recognisable and sure to delight audiences.

An inspiring blend of international excellence and local talent. This is a concert that promises something truly special for everyone!
